I just checked it with the acrobat reader available for Linux and (erroneously!) I assummed it was well generated. I will try to solve this problem today ! I am already cooking the donwloadable HTML version. It is 5MB length organized in several directories. Therefore I have to write a small bash program which modifies the links of the html sources to simplify the installation.
