On Windows AdaGIDE rules. Why not Emacs on Windows? I have AdaGIDE (6.26) and find it seriously lacking compared to Emacs. How, for example, do you configure AdaGIDE to use a non-GNAT compiler? I suppose you don't, as other compilers e.g. ObjectAda come with environments of their own which also 'beat' Emacs on the same criteria (user-friendliness, graphical niceness... ;-) BTW in my opinion the best free editor for readability out there is jGRASP. I'm planning to reinstall it. Hope the few bugs it had some time ago are smashed by now. Cheers, --MAA
