Hi all,

I have installed gnat-3.14p on a couple of Linux machines, and have
encountered a strange phenomenon, viz.:

          When allocating a new instance of a task type, programs crash
          with a Tasking_Error yielding the following traceback:
          Symbolic traceback:
          0x827b3d0 in <system__tasking__debug___elabb> at s-tasdeb.adb:83

These programs have run fine for a couple of years with gnat-3.12p

Does anyone have a clue as to why this type of failure should occur?

I have not tried yet to hunt it down in the debugger, but I thought someone
may have already encountered this.
