I definitely remember here introducing it at a talk. She first showed the 
usual Ada image (associating it with Ada 83), and then showed this new, 
moderned one, to go with the modernized Ada 95. (Chris' talks were often 
memorable, it's too bad she had to cancel in Portland.)

My recollection was that she intended it to be used freely, but of course I 
don't know the copyright situation for certain.
