This is a misleading restatement of that FAQ. Here it is: Q: Do you really recommend Ada over C++ for larger projects? A: No. I have no idea who started that rumor, but it must have been an over-enthusiastic or malicious Ada devotee. -- Those who believe in the supernatural should be required to learn computer programming.
