First, they kicked Microsoft out of their administration in favour of Linux and local companies. Now they use Ada for serious stuff. It seems to me that they understand whet is in their best interest as users of technology : low lifecycle costs, efficient and reliable software. Unfortunately, most users of technology in the West blindly follow the advice given to them by vendors of technology. And, as I explained, these vendors are interested in selling expensive, unreliable and inefficient software :( -- Ludovic Brenta.
