It's a Project responsibility to ensure that we have proper licences for all the items delivered to the customer, it would be mine to make sure -- for example -- that we don't try to deliver Xml/Ada, for which we don't have a support contract, if it was GPL (the version we use was obtained well before the Great Copyright Shift, and anyway it's only in use for non-deliverables).
