What organisation is proposing it? what universe does it fit into? is it only intended for Debian? what about Windows? MacOS? what do AdaCore think? FSF? It refers to a GNAT Filesystem Hierarchy Standard proposal by J�rgen Pfeifer but gives no link? (perhaps this document _is_ the FHS?)
