If you build/link against the supplied RTS. But if you don't use an RTS
(see Maciej's post about Ada on Cortex-M), or you use an RTS with the
runtime exception or equivalent (see my STM32F4 GNAT RTS), the GPL
doesn't apply (unless you want it to).
