What is your background in the design and implementation of cryptosystems? 
I ask this because my sole knowledge of cryptosystems is that it's very 
hard to get right, and very easy to make simple mistakes which render a 
cypher much easier to break than anyone believes, and that developing 
such systems is thus probably best left to real experts.
