My feeling is that any types other than (Wide_)Character
& (Wide_)String should be handled either in the same packages
as their datatypes or _both_ in child packages of Ada.Text_IO

I'd like to minimize adding new withs to predefined packages.
And I prefer symmetry--easier for learners if all the IO
packages/child packages have the same "shape"
