Since we do seem to be reaching a small amount of agreement on details, I went
ahead a put together a strawman package spec (sans private part) for the
unbounded list container, for the purposes of keeping the dicussions rolling in
a postitive direction. It is attached here, and available on my website at
http://www.telepath.com/dennison/Ted/Containers-Lists-Unbounded.ads.html . If it
is close enough to be worth persuing, we may be able to use it as a starting
point.

(Note: The htmlization there was done by a tool I'm developing as part of the
next release of OpenToken. If you have comments on the job it did, I'd like them
too, but email would probably be the best venue for it).
