"Uneducated" appears to be correct.

Boeing doesn't use Ada in its commercial airliners because of the Ada mandate. 
It chose Ada as the cheapest way to achieve the quality it requires to avoid 
killing passengers. If Boeing had used C++ in the 777, they'd be out of business 
now.
