I kept all the original packages in there, before I merged them
into one.I put them in an OLD directory. This can be removed.

The convert folder is very important. It is what Dr Wasu Chaopanon
used to generate the bindings from Fortran! They are perl scripts.
If someone wants to update and add more Lapack API's (not all the
calls are there now), then may be these can be used again). No
harm of keeping them there.

I really do not know anything about git or HG. I did not see HG when
I created the project.  If you know how to change this, feel
free to do that. You are the expert on these things, I never
used any of this that is why I asked for help in setting this up
somewhere.
