That's trivial. Exceptions from contracts occur at the call site; they're 
not part of the subprogram. Of course they *are* part of the contract of the 
subprogram that made the call. It works just like propagation.

You have far too narrow of a view of what a contract is. Open up your mind, 
and it will all make far more sense.
