Dr Miranda above has his Makefiles used to build the book, so any one can change this options. I use sections numbers myself. Here is an example of mine generated by Latex2html. It it the same table of content that generated by Latex. There are so many things I never heard about. good luck with the RM work everyone! I think Ada RM looks the best of any other language RM document I've seen.
