The issue is if you think that there is something more than that; for whatever reason Niklas seems to think there are requirements intended beyond that, and that simply isn't true. It's clear that he'd never be happy with a Windows implementation of Ada.Execution_Time -- too bad, because it still can be useful. Randy.
