I follow an aviation forum and there have been two recent reports of London 
ATC problems. Last one is

Mind you, I didn't manage to locate if the problem was, in the end, hard or 
soft based. But, coming into topic, I wonder if this is the system that the 
Praxis-SPARK iFACTS project is going to replace. Anyone knows?
