As this was cross-posted to various newsgroups, I respond in English.

For those not speaking French, the question was whether this seminar
will be in English only.

The answer to this question is included in the announcement that was
posted earlier today; I quote from the "Schedule" section which mentions:
"All presentations will be in English."
