The GNAT sources are certainly publicly available, and are a large program. You've been pointed to many sources of Ada code that are larger than 14 KLOC. Have you looked at the PragmAda Reusable Components (http://home.earthlink.net/~jrcarter010/pragmarc.htm)? You can also look at the source for the Mine Detector game (http://home.earthlink.net/~jrcarter010/mindet.html).
