If you are interested in issues with accuracies, I suggest you read annex G of the Ada reference manual, and for this precise issue, G.2.4(10). The idea is that there is a maximum angle threshold, beyond which accuracy cannot be guaranteed. But this is defined and documented. Ada is not in the business on making requirements that would be impossible to meet.
