Download the Leopard installer for GNAT and you're up and running. Make sure you've installed Apple's Developer Tools first, especially the XCode tools. They're in the optional-installs folder on your system disk. GNAT/Mac comes with a plug-in for XCode (which is Apple's standard developer IDE). It's pretty much like all the other IDEs you've seen.
