For a press release, see http://www.ti.com/sc/docs/news/1996/96022a.htm I've heard that TI will leave the Pittsburgh facility in place, doing pretty much what they are doing now. All products will be continued, though I would expect a greater emphasis on those for TI chips. This will surely be interesting to watch.
