You appear to be claiming that because multiple inheritance from all sets of bases is inappropriate, this is a counterexample to the notion that multiple inheritance from some set of bases is useful. If I were to paint everything in my house red, the result would be a hideous and awful mess. This does not prove that red is a useless color. I'm smelling "If we don't have it, you don't need it".
