The problem with the wikibook is its perfectly defined scope, it's a wiki for writing a text-book. The site I was thinking about would probably have a wiki open for any subject related to Ada, but it should include other web 2.0 features so it can become the community-driven version of http://www.adapower.com or http://www.adaworld.com. For example, it should include uploading of code snippets, presentations (or embedded from something like http://www.slideshare.net/tag/ada), submission of articles, etc. All of this content should be submitted under a clear open-content license, like GFDL, or Creative Commons.
