I do not believe any of the follow-ups I got was as detailled as yours
was! Anyway we(we being my team mate in this assignement) kind of know
for sure that some companies (well we only have proof for Rockwell
Collins, althought they won't say anything about it ;-P) are doing
research on java implementation in avionics systems.
