Regarding the ANSI standard for C++ (or rather lack there of).

I saw the other day someone carrying a big tome with a giant letters
title of 

A N S I  C + +

Sorry I can't make 50 point letters in email P :-)

The in minuscule text almost invisible to the naked eye was the word
"draft"
