It's not too surprising that Ronald might not be able to do so without help from us, there can be tricky points involved in any of these GNAT bootstraps, which is why most people work with the binary releases. As for 3.10, we never give any prognosis on schedules for public releases. A number of our customers are working with prereleases of 3.10 very successfully, and all we will say is that, as for all GNAT releases, it will be releases publicly some time in the future. Of course we cannot guarantee that when it is realeased, Ronald Cole will be able to bootstrap it on HPUX! (but we will have bootstrapped it!)
