Ben Brosgol pointed out that I had consistently made the mistake of
referring to David as Tony in recent messages. It is indeed David
(I know a Tony in another context, and had them confused). I apologize
for this confusion. I was indeed referring to the David Luckham who
was very much involved in the early days of Ada, he developed Anna,
and was also involved in one of the first Ada implementations.
