We have done a fairly extensive job of surveying requirements in this area,
and what we have found is that the much more important requirement is to
breakpoint a particular instantiation. The feature for breakpointing in
all isntantiations is considered much lower priority by most of our
users ... 

Not that it is so difficult to do ...
