One good suggestion is to subscribe to chat@gnat.com (send a suscbribe
message to chat-request@gnat.com) there are people there who can often
help informally with at least some installation problems.

Note that report@gnat.com is not an appropriate place to report
installation problems. For unsupported users, report@gnat.com
should be used only for bug reports that are properly formatted
according to the suggestions in gnatinfo.txt. 


We have found that nearly all installation problems are the result of
not carefully reading and carefully following the installation directions.
