Excellent!  We are making progress.  Finally we agree that your unfounded f=
ear is total rubbish.  There is no way for the RLE to evaporate than to vio=
late one one of the terms of the RLE or of the GPLv3.  Modification of an R=
LE-licensed file is clearly not one of those violations.

Not where I live.  Each citizen (who is not a mentally impaired person who =
has been declared wards of the state) is expected to read each contract wit=
h comprehension to reach full understanding.  You can bury your head under =
the sand as an ostrich, but I am not allowed to under the (Texas) system of=
 law in which I live.
