Personally, I disagree with this fix. The ARG does not even have a consensus whether this "issue" should even be on the agenda, or whether it is a pathology that is not worth spending time on. It is unlikely that the ARG would come to some conclusion in time to include it in the Amendment. Randy Brukardt
