True. (And I didn't think of prices.) As Randy has explained, interfaces are quite important when it comes to a decision for using this or that program. Sometimes there is also a prestige/status issue which is technically not relevant but it drives decisions. There are peer groups of program users influencing decision making etc etc etc. Not always the most desirable factors in decision making, at least from some perspectives.
