I was supporting your point until now.

But now you are really telling me that Microsoft hires *experts* to
come up with a user interface that's more harder to use in each new
release because every function was optimized for improved usage and
just went to another sub-sub-menu in a redesign?

If that's what those experts do... no thanks.
