I'm sure the old-fangled paper copy will appear in your local library soon (don't tell me your library _doesn't_ get IEEE Sofware? Scandalous! :-) ) I must admit my 5 complimentary author's copies haven't shown up yet, so I guess you might have to wait a couple of weeks. We've also ordered a bunch of re-prints, but they will take some time to arrive. - Rod Chapman
