Since you have so much money to spend (recently you've been talking about around 16K $ for a license), I'm sure somebody can be found who either extends existing builders (glade comes into mind) that they fit your needs, or writes a completely new one. I'm sure we can talk about such an undertaking if you get some more big spenders of your type together. (Though, at the moment I don't believe in that prospect). Regards -- Markus
