Yes I did all these things. This is why Linux mint and Crunchbang are worki=
ng with a good screen size. But pure Debian is stubborn. Explaining the pro=
blem to a person who knows Linux, I was told to use Fedora instead but Fedo=
ra is really very slow in the virtual box!

Yes I use Windows as host. I have no idea of Xming but took a brief look at=
 it yesterday. If you think it is better this way, then I will definitely t=
ry it when time permits. Thanks for the tip.
