It was never my intention to merge Annex G.3 with Lapack. All I need from Ada_Lapck is access to the Lapack codes. Any other operations on matrices can easily be handled by Annex G. I agree, I don't want to "re-invent the wheel", it's already there (Annex G.3). I don't consider myself an Ada programmer, I just happen to use it for my work. I started using it earlier this year and I think it is a fantastic language, perfect for serious scientific computations. Leo
