Everyone else has just had a bigger >increase in output :-( Well, remember that my figure was for the US alone, whereas you were talking all of North America (which generally includes Mexico and Canada, along with some other smaller countries). Also, what I had was a projection from 1998 trends. The numbers are in the right ballpark though.
