Just because a feature worked out nicely in some other language doesn't mean it fits well with the design goals of Ada (which is already criticized for trying to do too much.) To the extent that some capability could be provided by an add-on library, it might be a good idea to add it to the language - with all sorts of cautions about doing it informally at first, etc. etc. etc. If it starts requiring some syntactic/semantic changes to the language itself, I'd consider the Fools Rush In principle to be an important one to keep in mind.
