There may be better development environments available, but not free of charge. Also, you'd be up against the Law of Diminishing Returns, IMHO. This setup would get you - oh, say 80%..90% of what other environments might give you at a pretty steep jump in price & the only cost to you is the download and hassle of getting it all together & running for yourself.
