Its your time and energy, after all. I'd just suggest that "new", "different", "improved" and so on, are better marketing tools. Investing time and energy and creative talent on "new and improved" seems like a better idea to me. "Been there. Done that. Got the t-shirt." is my gut reaction to translating a program from one language to another. Maybe other people have a different view, but I'd suggest that this has yet to be demonstrated.
