Well, if we were talking a concrete situation over some specific body of code in a real business endeavor wherein we could consult lawyers in developing a strategy for what we will or will not warrant, I might agree with you. I just have a reluctance to rely on a strategy of "My lawyers can beat up your lawyers!" Lawyers are, after all, a lot like atomic bombs.
