How about that: If you post from a regular ISP account - the ISP sure knows how to charge you - they send you a bill every month or so. If you are posting from something like I-Net cafe - just drop a nickel into the slot machine before you can do that. Now, if my ISP offers (as an option which anyone may or may not subscribe to) a mailbox which *only* accepts mails from such destinations and silently discards everything else - I would be willing to get one like that. Wouldn't you?
