I look forward to reading it as well. The problem with the PDF version is easy to fix. The PDF version was created with Ghostscript with a target of Letter size paper (8.5 x 11 inches), which was probably different than the paper size used to create the original document. If you download the Postscript version and then translate it to PDF using a target paper size of A4 (21 x 29.7 centimeters), then the result is a very nice looking document with no page headers cut off.
