That's one of the reasons I think Ada is a good choice. If you do your software right, it is probably going to end up lasting for many years. Thus if you choose a language that has *nothing* to offer other than it present-day market share or "coolness", you might as well choose the one with the prettiest box, for all the good it will have do you 5 years down the line. Ada isn't about market share or slick marketing or cool logos. Ada is about writing fast, bullet-proof software, period.
