My point, which you failed to address, was that three DoD funded efforts, ASSET, VCOE, DSRO, with our tax dollars have shown absolutely no initiative in using modern information dessemination techniques (USENET, CDROMs, newsletters, directories, ...) to get their Ada codes out into the public. When Rick Conn's volunteering efforts are orders more effective in having reusable Ada codes desseminated than three DoD funded efforts, these DoD efforts should be shut down for incompetence, and their overseer hauled before Congress and made to explain what such waste was tolerated.
