In particular, I need a recommendation of a Ada compiler that can produce MS Windows looking GUI to be run in MS Windows 3.1. I have ActivAda (Thomson), but from a quick reading of the manuals, it appears that AvtivAda can not handle 'tasks' nor can it communicate at a low level (com ports) under Windows. I assume that there are ways around this. What about Visual Ada (Active)? Basically, I am looking for any insight about MS Windows development using Ada. Thanks. David David B. Greiman Tempe, Arizona
