The GNAT compiler is released under the GPL, so AdaCore can't disallow you from using the compiler however you want. The question is only about the contents of the compiled executable. If it contains significant quantities of GPLed code copied into it, then it may be copied and distributed only under the GPL as a whole. You will have to hire a lawyer and a computer expert to decide whether that is the case.
